How we engage
Most engagements start with a discovery sprint — 1–2 weeks of paid scoping where we map the problem, propose the architecture and lock the deliverables. After that, we ship in tight sprints with a senior engineer leading every week.
We're comfortable with embedded squads, dedicated engineers, fixed-scope builds or retainers. Pick the structure that fits — we'll tell you if a different one would serve the platform better.
