Flameware is a senior, remote-first engineering studio serving clients across the Americas. We stay deliberately small: a tight bench of engineers and designers who own their work end to end, from the architecture call to the production deploy. There are no layers to hide behind and no tickets shuffled from hand to hand — if you join, you build things people rely on every day.
Every role is remote and bilingual by default; we work in English, Spanish and Portuguese every day, and clear written communication matters as much as clean code. We don't hire to fill seats — we hire when we've found someone who raises the bar for the whole team.
